Clock at Canary Wharf Horgan & Partners Ltd was founded by Claudine Horgan in 2009 after a successful career in Investment Banking. Claudine is a Senior Consultant with over 12 years’ experience in Pan-European Equity Sales to some of the market’s largest Asset Management firms and Hedge Funds. She began her career at Lehman Brothers before moving into Equity Sales with Salomon Brothers London and NY, Schroder Salomon Smith Barney, Société Générale, Commerzbank and Blue Oak Capital.

James Stocken joined Horgan & Partners Ltd in June 2022 to help develop its financial services practice. James trained in executive search at Whitehead Mann, which he joined on graduating from Oxford University. This led him to establish JSAS which specialised in building pan-European management teams for the new generation of internet companies. Clients included Carphone Warehouse and Investis. A career change into the shipping industry saw James become the commercial director of a fleet of oil tankers at Kingfish Services which led to shipbroking at the leading firm Galbraiths. James then co-founded the advisory business Kensington Maritime, before returning to executive search.
